Интегрированная видеокарта и opengl.

Пришлось пересесть на встроенную видюху (sis), раньше на Nvidia сидел. Иксы запустил с драйверос sis! Всё работает! Кроме ускорения! OpenGL - слайдшоу. Раньше не занимался тонкой настройкой встроенных видюх под линой! Подскажите куда копать? Может конфиг выложите?

А в иксах dri
А в иксах dri надо прописывать? Вообще после этих действий что иксам надо указать кроме драйвера sis?

ну дри и в ядре должны бить включены и в иксах....
конкретно с сисом не сталкивался...
но на ноутах на интеле и берил нормально запускаеться...

Все сделал как вы написали! эфект тот же! glxgears сначало вроде как нормально крутиться (секунды 2) а потом тормозить начинает. Может xorg-server нужно с aiglx собрать?

ты её только раскоментировать забыл...
а про то почему товарисч TolicH сказал тебе дри в ведре отключить - я не понял, потому что отключать нужно тогда когда стоят бинарные дрова в которых эта поддержка есть, и ядрёный модуль блокирует тот что из дров в результате модуль дров не грузиться. Сис тут причём?. Попробуй включи директ рендеринг манагер в ядре.

Я в отчаянии! Я по разному пробывал! ну не включаеться dri и всё тут! Даж если в ведре включаешь! Ходь млин винду ставь! всёравно этому компу у меня жить осталось 2 месяца! Потом новый покупаю.

попробывал с drm и без разницы никакой гном одинаково по времени грузится, а что собственно должно прибывиться от использования drm ?

Ну в виндах то и директ иксовые гамы пахали! и квейк 2 опенгл!
Может это иксовые дрова не поддерживают dri на этом чипсете?
Ну а если это конечный вердикт то как же мне в квейк хотябы погамать? или в торкс? Может есть эмуляция opengl?

К сожалению, в
К сожалению, в Linux openGL, AIGLX, GLX и DRI поддерживаются только видеокартами на чипсетах от nVidia, ATI и некоторых интеловских. Сам был счастливым обладателем встроенной карточки от Sis. Ничего из вышеописанного не работает, да она еще и часть оперативы кушает. )))
