Не устанавливается blas-atlas [digikam] [blas-atlas]

Хочу поставить digikam-2.0.0. Он тянет с зависимостями за собой пакет blas-atlas. Не компилится.
Пробовал две версии, 3.8.0 (стабильная) и 3.9.23-r4 (тестовая). Результат одинаковый. Вылетает с ошибкой.
