С этим можно че-нить сделать? Я думаю решение "удалть конфликтующий пакет и система сама разберется, что оставить" тут не подойдет.

Как из обновление убрать пакет lvm2-2.02.67-r2 pulled in by parted-2.3,cryptsetup-1.1.2,udisks-1.0.1-r1? Или что-то другое нужно делать?
