kde 4.3 и system-config-printer

оно вообще работает? у меня systemsettings падает, когда пытаюсь в настройку принтера. и есть ли аплет для управления принтером (юзерский) ?
app-admin/system-config-printer не ставися, падает:

собственно, причина в этом... or key "Categories" in group "Desktop Entry" contains an unregistered value "SystemSetup";

но что с этим делать?
